Inside Scoop from a current parent

The choice to attend Concord College was made by my daughter after she had become very disillusioned by her previous school. After my daughter’s initial visit she couldn’t wait to return and be a part of something she called “very special”.

From the very start the school advocates academic excellence and continually strives to attain this through on-going assessment and support and indeed does this remarkably well. Achieving much more than academic excellence, it creates a sense of community, somewhere where young people can have fun and aspire to become whatever their heart desires with confidence and self-belief.

Staff genuinely care and take an interest in the lives of our young people, encouraging kindness and integrity. The holistic approach, ensures that the students’ wellbeing is paramount, and offers opportunities to students from a variety of upbringings, without discrimination.

As Parents, We Love...

  • Outstanding academic support and achievement
  • Pastoral care and safeguarding of the students are outstanding
  • Concord advocates inclusion for all students from around the globe

Our Children Love...

  • 40-minute lessons which are much more beneficial to learning
  • Large amounts of diverse extra curriculum activities and clubs that are offered
  • The food - which is outstanding

School Highlights

Concord is a very special place. It is a school where young people can pursue their studies in an atmosphere where academic success is celebrated. The international mix of students provides a vibrant and varied community with a global perspective in which to study and live. It is also kind, welcoming and friendly.

The outstanding academic achievement of the students is what attracts many parents to Concord but it is the supportive and nurturing community that encourages students to return after they have left.
